Do you enjoy the loud sound of an engine roaring? If you do, BMW has created something perfect for you. Are you familiar with the new 2012 BMW M5 four-door sports car with 560 ponies of intense power? BMW has developed a thrilling, innovative technology which brings the strong power of the 2012 M5 into a format that will have your heart racing.
We know what you are thinking, isn't a 560-hp engine enough noise? But, BMW really wanted to amplify the effects and turn it up a notch. In order to make this work, BMW wired the BMW M5's digital signal processor to the car's engine managements system. Via this integration, the audio system is able to stimulate the sound of a twin-turbocharged V8 under the hood, cranking out 550-plus-hp.
Drivers will still be able to listen to music, as well. However, the new 2012 M5 will be the first vehicle that allows BMW drivers to amplify the intense power of the sedan's turbo engine from within the vehicle. And, take it from us, the noise is strong enough to give driver's the chills.
